Why switch to eco-friendly bathroom tissue?
Each year, around 1 million trees are chopped down daily (mostly in Boreal forests that are home to moose, elk, wolves and grizzly bears), just to make toilet paper that is then wrapped in plastic. Just imagine the effect if everyone switched to recycled paper, sugar cane or bamboo rolls instead?
2-ply is the best choice to avoid clogs with sensitive plumbing systems, but still gives better comfort than 1-ply. It’s best to subscribe online (most brands are measured cost-per-roll instead of sheet). So although our recommended brands seem more expensive, they aren’t).
